R. Scott Hardman
Founder and Owner. Scott has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry and has a background in architecture. A perfectionist at heart, he pushes both himself and his team to maintain the highest standards of quality. His philosophy is simple: treat each project as if it were your own.
Sherry J. Hardman
Sherry is an integral part of the Hardman team. She manages the office operations and works closely with clients to ensure a smooth and rewarding building experience. A lifelong Park City resident, Sherry is passionate about the lifestyle and the community.
Kevan Todd
Kevan has worked alongside Scott for over 25 years. As an invested partner, and project manager, he brings a wealth of experience, and an unmatched skill set to the construction industry. His expertise is invaluable, and his attention to detail perfectly complements Scott’s perfectionism. Kevan is also a longtime member of the Summit County Search and Rescue Team.
Kris Graham
Kris serves as our client liaison, selections coordinator, and technology specialist. She has been in the construction industry for nearly two decades. With a background in Computer Science, she initially specialized in programming custom smart homes, later expanding into designing and selling networks, audio/video systems, security, smart lighting, and shading solutions. Her experience ranges from hundreds of luxury custom homes to projects like the Pendry Hotel.
Jake Todd
Jake has worked in the construction Industry for over 15 years and has been extensively trained under Kevan and Scott. Jake has been involved in every stage of building luxury homes and has become a strong leader within the Hardman Team. His role as Project/ Site Manager and scheduler for each job site is a testament to his time management, attention to detail with each homeowner, excellent communication, and skill within this industry.
