Founder Owner

With over 40 years in the construction industry and a background in architecture, Scott leads with a passion for excellence. His perfectionist nature inspires his team to aim higher, holding everyone to the same uncompromising standards he sets for himself. Guided by his philosophy—“Treat each project as if it were your own”.

Sherry J. Hardman

Owner / Office Manager

Sherry is an integral part of the Hardman team. She manages the office operations and works closely with clients to ensure a smooth and rewarding building experience. A lifelong Park City resident, Sherry is passionate about the lifestyle and the community.

Kevan Todd

Partner / Project Executive

Kevan is an invested partner, and project executive, who brings a wealth of experience, and an unmatched skill set in the construction industry. Kevan has worked alongside Scott for over 25 years. His attention to detail perfectly complements Scott’s perfectionism. Kevan is also a longtime member of the Summit County Search and Rescue Team.

Jake Todd

Partner / Project Manager

Jake brings over 15 years of construction experience, having trained extensively under Kevan and Scott. He’s been involved in every stage of building luxury homes, developing into a trusted leader within the Hardman Team. Known for his exceptional time management, attention to detail, and clear communication, Jake ensures every project runs smoothly and each homeowner feels confident and informed throughout the process.

KC Todd

Partner / Estimator, Project Manager

KC oversees each project from the very first estimate to the final walk through. He manages bids, negotiations, and daily operations to keep every detail on track. Known for building strong relationships and uniting the team, KC works hard to make sure every home is completed on time—and to the highest standard.

Kris Graham

Client Liaison / Technology Specialist

Kris serves as our client liaison, selections coordinator, and technology specialist. She has been in the construction industry for nearly two decades. With a background in Computer Science, she initially specialized in programming custom smart homes, later expanding into designing and selling networks, audio/video systems, security, and shading solutions.
